Slovenian Athletes Go for Medal in Athletics Champs in Japan

Osaka, 25 August - The 11th IAAF World Championships in Athletics, which has opened in Japan's Osaka on Saturday, will feature 13 Slovenian athletes who have been confirmed by the management board of the Slovenian Athletics Association. Slovenia's main hopes for a medal are Primoz Kozmus (hammer throw) and Marija Sestak (triple jump), who hold the season's third best results.
