Rupel Optimistic about Croatia Deal, Opposition Cautious

Bled, 26 August - Foreign Minister Dimitrij Rupel is optimistic about the agreement that the International Court of Justice would act as mediator on the disputed border between Slovenia and Croatia, but the opposition remains reserved until it learns of the details of the deal.
