Delo Comments on Small-Step Policy of German Govt

Ljubljana, 27 August - Daily Delo says on Monday that the meeting of the German government at Meseberg Castle near Berlin last wekend showed that the government would not go into major reforms, but would instead stick to the policy of "small steps in the right direction".
