Economist Mramor Blames Lack of Competition for Inflation

Ljubljana, 1 September - Economist Dusan Mramor says that the high inflation is a consequence of a market in which the non-tradeable sector has much weaker competition than in other eurozone countries. Inflation could be curbed with fiercer competition, better cost control and a more frugal state, he told Saturday's edition of the daily Delo.
