EU Environment Ministers Focus on Drought Problem

Lisbon, 2 September - EU environment ministers, who concluded a three-day meeting in Lisbon on Sunday, established that "the drawing up of effective strategies for drought and watter shortages alleviation as well as drought risk management is becoming a priority task for the EU, and thereby for Slovenia", Environment Minister Janez Podobnik told STA.
