Jansa Says Rop Twisted Content of Conversation with Sanader

Ljubljana, 2 September - Prime Minister Janez Jansa has told POP TV that his allegedly tapped conversation with Croatian PM Ivo Sanader in 2004 was aimed at calming down the situation between the two countries after a serious incident and not at plotting incidents as claimed by MP Anton Rop. Jansa said Rop would not be able to prove his statements as they were not true.
