Ljubljana, 4 September - Foreign Minister Dimtrij Rupel received Chinese Assistant Foreign Minister Kong Quan in Ljubljana on Tuesday. In what was part of regularly held consultations between the two ministries, the pair underlined the friendly and constructive relationship between China and Slovenia.
