Delo Says Asia Formidable, but Russia and US Still Strong

Ljubljana, 8 September - Commenting on the Asia Pacific Economic Cooperation (APEC) meeting in Australia, Delo notes that the forum is finally becoming established as the largest trade bloc in the world. If it opens up to everyone in Asia, including India, the focus will shift far to the East and the West will become irrelevant.
