FM Says Kosovo Could Complicate Slovenia's EU Presidency

Porto, 8 September - Foreign Minister Dimitrij Rupel said on Saturday that the status of Kosovo could complicate Slovenia's spell as EU president in the first half of 2008. "We will have to...thread carefully, be neutral and listen to both sides," Rupel said at the sidelines of an informal meeting of EU foreign ministers.
