Ex-Tempore Grand Prix Award Goes to Ukrainian Painter

Piran, 9 September - Ukrainian painter Sergey Glinkov was awarded the Grand Prix of the 42nd Ex-Tempore meeting of painters for his work "Sur le sable passe la mer", as the international gathering of painters came to a close on Saturday in the coastal city of Piran, where exhibitions of the participating artists were opened as well.
