Petrol Publishes Intention to Take over Istrabenz
Ljubljana, 14 September - Energy company Petrol on Friday stated its intention to acquire conglomerate Istrabenz. The bid will be published in 10 to 30 days, Petrol said in a press release posted on the web site of the Ljubljana Stock Exchange.
