Gorenje Wraps Up 15% Share Capital Increase

Velenje, 17 September - Household appliance maker Gorenje has sold all of the 1,830,000 shares it had offered to existing stakeholders in July. The EUR 54.9m share capital increase at EUR 30 per share has been taken by existing shareholders, the company wrote on Monday.
