Ljubljana, 24 September - UN Secretary General Ban Ki Moon wrote in a commentary published by daily Dnevnik on Monday that the climate change summit in New York was a political call for action. It is time that all countries became aware of the moral commitment to fight climate change with a new zeal and without hesitation, Ban said.
