Apartments in Gorisko Region Record Biggest Price Rise

Portorož, 24 September - The biggest increase in the price of apartments in Slovenia in 2006 was recorded in the Western region of Gorisko, standing at between 35 and 40%. Apartments that meanwhile recorded a decrease in price are larger apartments in Novo Mesto (SE) and in the Stajersko region, excluding the regional centre Maribor, according to data presented on Monday at the third real estate conference in Portoroz.
