City of Women Will Be Laughing Out Loud

Ljubljana, 26 September - This year's 13th international City of Women festival of contemporary art, which will take place between 2 and 13 October in Ljubljana under the motto "Laugh Out Loud!", will feature 48 evens by 45 female artists presenting important topics with humour, the organisers told the press in Ljubljana on Wednesday.
