Sociologist Says Bugging Without Court Order a Crime

Ljubljana, 27 September - When irregularities at the intelligence and security agency SOVA were discovered, the Slovenian Democates-led ruling coalition somewhat overestimated the political culture in the country, sociologist Matej Makarovic said for the weekly Demokracija on Thursday, referring to public reactions to the SOVA affair.
