Jansa Identifies Presidency Priorities in UN Speech

New York, 28 September - Prime Minister Janez Jansa highlighted Slovenia's priorities for its term as EU president in the first half of 2008 in his address to the UN General Assembly late on Thursday, pinpointing combat against climate change, advocacy of human rights, progress in the Western Balkans, UN reform and intercultural dialogue.
