Consumers Stress Their Importance for Sustainable Growth in EU
Ljubljana, 28 September - More will have to be done in educating the consumers to achieve sustainable growth in the EU, the participants of a conference on sustainable consumption said in Ljubljana on Friday. The event is to play an important role in drafting an EU action plan for sustainable industry policy, including manufacture and consumption, said European Commission's Timo Makela.
