Thaler Signs Framework Convention on Minorities Protection
Strasbourg, 1 February - THALER/STRASBOURG
Slovene Foreign Minister Zoran Thaler arrived on Wednesday to Strasbourg where he is to sign the Framework Convention on the Protection of National Minorities - the first European multi-lateral legally binding document. The document will be signed by some 20 other member states of Council of Europe.
