Jansa Proposes EU Candidate Status for Serbia in Coming 9 Months

Brussels, 1 October - Prime Minister Janez Jansa has recently addressed a letter to the president of the European Commission and heads of EU member states in which he calls for "taking bold decisions concerning the Western Balkans", including granting Serbia the status of an EU candidate.
