Slovenia Appeals Strasbourg Court's Verdict

Ljubljana, 2 October - The State Attorney's Office has lodged an appeal against a ruling by the European Court of Human Rights, which in June ruled in favour of a Slovenian couple who claim that the Slovenian judicial system had failed to establish liability for the death of their son in 1993.
