Minister Thaler Meets Martinez

Slovene Foreign Minister Zoran Thaler, who signed the Framework Convention of Council of Europe for Protection of National Minorities in Strasbourg, Wednesday, also met with President of Parliamentary Assembly of CE Miguel Angel Martinez, and CE Secretary General Daniel Tarschys, and held several bilateral talks with foreign ministers.
