Delo Sees Problems in Appointment of Constitutional Court Judges

Ljubljana, 4 October - Commenting on the nomination of the five judges nominated by President Janez Drnovsek to fill five vacant posts at the Constitutional Court, Delo on Thursday welcomes the fact that the court will finally have an expert on company law, yet there will no longer be any criminal-law experts, which could cause problems in the voting in parliament.
