Govt Proposes Introduction of Anti-Corruption Commissioner

Ljubljana, 5 October - The government has drawn up a draft bill on the ratification of the UN Convention against Corruption which also introduces an anti-corruption commissioner. The head of the existing anti-graft watchdog, Drago Kos, believes the move proves the government is afraid of independent supervision.
