Koper, 9 October - Logistics group Intereuropa has acquired a 65.82% stake in counterpart Montenegrin company Zetatrans in a deal worth EUR 12.4m, according to a press release Intereuropa posted on the website of the Ljubljana Stock Exchange on Tuesday.
