Court Finds Evidence against Fmr SOVA Boss Insufficient

Ljubljana, 9 October - The former head of the SOVA intelligence agency, Iztok Podbregar, will not be going to court yet, as the Ljubljana District Court has decided that there is insufficient evidence underpinning the abuse of office charges. The court gave the state prosecution three days to supplement the criminal complaint, Podbregar's lawyer Aleksander Ceferin told STA on Tuesday.
