FM Says Croatian Zone Obstacle to EU Talks

Ljubljana/Slovenj Gradec, 9 October - Foreign Minister Dimitrij Rupel said in Ljubljana on Tuesday that Slovenia had certain hesitations regarding the chapter on foreign relations in EU accession talks with Croatia related to Croatia's promise not to implement its ecological and fisheries zone for members of the EU.
