Delo Looks at Irregularities in Local Elections in Skofja Loka

Ljubljana, 11 October - Commenting on a ruling of the Constitutional Court that voting for mayor must be repeated in the northern town of Skofja Loka, where the runner-up finished just 16 votes behind the eventual winner, the daily Delo says on Thursday that something like that is not surprising and that it can be expected in future elections.
