Motorway Company Boss Likely to Get the Sack

Ljubljana, 11 October - Transport Minister Radovan Zerjav indicated on Thursday that the chairman of the national motorway company, DARS, would probably be replaced next week. The news of Rajko Sirocic's imminent replacement was broken by today's press reports, which linked it to the government's attempt to dent the powerful construction lobby, which is blamed for costly motorway construction in Slovenia.
