Security Firms In for Stricter Oversight After Nightclub Death

Ljubljana, 12 October - Interior Minister Dragutin Mate has announced legislative changes implementing stricter criteria for private security firms in the aftermath of the death of a 20-year-old who was beaten up in front of a popular Ljubljana nightclub. One man has been arrested and another is still being sought for their involvement in the beating, while it is unclear whether they were members of a firm providing security at the nightclub.
