UNHCR, NGOs Criticise Slovenia's Intl. Protection Law

Ljubljana, 15 October - A bill on international protection, which will replace the asylum act, has come under fire from Slovenian NGOs and the UN Refugee Agency (UNHCR). The organisations told the press on Monday that the bill was controversial in terms of domestic law as well as international treaties that are binding on Slovenia.
