Lenarcic Optimistic About New EU Reform Treaty

Luxembourg, 15 October - European Affairs State Secretary Janez Lenarcic was optimistic after Monday's debate preceding a meeting of the EU General Affairs and External Relations Council in Luxembourg that the bloc could reach agreement on its new reform treaty at the summit in Lisbon later this week.
