Croatia: Decomissioning Fund Up and Running by Year End

Ljubljana, 16 October - Croatia intends to establish a fund for the decomissioning of the Krsko Nuclear Power Plant (NEK), which it owns jointly with Slovenia, by the end of the year, a Croatian government spokesperson told STA on Tuesday. Croatia's failure to establish the fund had previously prompted Slovenia to threaten international arbitration proceedings.
