Criminal Law Expert: Penal Code Changes Run Against Common Sense

Ljubljana, 19 October - Alenka Selih, an emeritus professor of criminal law, has rejected the need for the recently proposed changes to the penal code which would raise the maximum sentence in Slovenia from 30 years' imprisonment to life in prison.
