Only One Constitutional Justice Appointed

Ljubljana, 25 October - Only one of the five nominees put forward by President Janez Drnovsek for the soon-to-be-vacant posts on the Constitutional Court were confirmed on Thursday by the National Assembly in a secret vote. While Miroslav Mozetic will become a constitutional justice, four other justices will have to be sought anew.
