Triumphal Arch Unveiled at Independence Celebrations

Koper, 28 October - A triumphal arch was unveiled in Koper on Sunday as part of celebrations of the 16th anniversary of the departure of the last Yugoslav soldier from Slovenia. The keynote speaker at the ceremony, director general of the Police Joze Romsek, stressed that the day symbolised Slovenian freedom.
