Constitutional Court Ends Dispute over District Court Appointment
Ljubljana, 30 October - The Constitutional Court has ended a two-year dispute over the appointment of a new head of the Ljubljana District Court by ruling that Justice Minister Lovro Sturm acted in line with the Constitution when he refused to pick Ales Zalar for another term at the helm of the court.
