Average Farm Size Increasing in Slovenia

Ljubljana, 30 October - The average farm in Slovenia has 6.5 hectares (6.3 in 2005) of land and breeds 5.9 heads of livestock (5.5 two years ago). The average farmer is 58 years old and has finished primary school, according to the data from the national Statistical Office published on Tuesday.
