Constitutional Court Finds Faults in Municipality Funding Law
Ljubljana, 30 October - The Constitutional Court has found faults in the municipality funding act that overhauled the way municipalities get money from the state. Responding to a request from four municipalities, the court concluded that five of the articles in the act violate the constitutionally-guaranteed right to self-government and revenues of local communities.
