MiFID Enters into Force, Slovenia Adopts Executive Regulations

Ljubljana, 1 November - The EU's Markets in Financial Instruments Directive (MiFID) entered into force on Thursday, including in Slovenia, which managed to fully transpose it in the last second, following several warnings from the European Commission.
