Takeover Bid for Merkur Published

Naklo, 2 November - A consortium of five owners of Merkur published on Friday a takeover bid for this hardware retailer and wholesaler from the town of Naklo. The move comes after the consortium announced its intent for the takeover at the beginning of October.
