Hidria Acquires Ownership of Die-Castings Manufacturer

Koper, 6 November - Hidria, a leading Slovenian maker of automotive components, has entered into a deal with Rio Tinto Alcan, a subsidiary of the mining giant Rio Tinto, on the acquisition of a Slovenian-based die-castings producer. With the deal Hidria has become an outright owner of the Koper-based Alcan Tomos, Hidria chief executive Dusan Lapajne told the press in Koper on Tuesday.
