Minister of Economy Maks Tajnikar and Charge d'Affaires of the Commission of the European Union to Slovenia Pierre Borgoltz signed, Tuesday in Ljubljana, the financial memorandum (ECU 2 million) for the energy project in the framework of the PHARE programme.
