Supreme Court Says Supervision of Journalist Was Illegal

Ljubljana, 9 November - The Supreme Court has upheld the decision of the District Court regarding what is now officially the illegally conducted supervision of journalist Tomaz Ranc by the police in 1999, the daily Delo reports on Friday. Ranc is to receive EUR 2,921 in compensation for the police illegally obtaining a list of his phone calls.
