Iskraemeco Sold to Egyptian El Sewedy Group
Ljubljana, 13 November - Shareholders of Kranj-based electricity meters maker Iskraemeco signed on Tuesday a contract to sell 97.6% of company to the Egyptian El Sewedy Group at EUR 101.5 per share, valuing the company at EUR 38m.
