Over 150 Candidates for 40 Seats in New Upper Chamber

Ljubljana, 20 November - While the general election is still a year away, the five-year term of the upper chamber of parliament is ending on 17 December. Colleges of electors will be electing 40 councillors on 21 and 22 November, choosing from more than 150 candidates who are bidding for a seat in the National Council.
