ECHR Hears Case of LB Savers, Takes No Decision Yet
Strasbourg, 14 November - The Grand Chamber of the European Court of Human Rights held a public hearing on Wednesday of a case brought by three Croatian savers of the Slovenian bank LB against Slovenia. The judges only asked for additional explanations from both sides; no deadline for a decision has been set.
