Telco Says EU Reform Hampering Investment

Ljubljana, 15 November - Telekom Slovenije said on Thursday that it shared in principle the view of other major national telcos that the telecommunications reform package unveiled by the European Commission on Tuesday presented a potentially serious threat to investment in cutting-edge infrastructure.
