Foreign Ministry Welcomes UN Vote on End to Death Penalty

Ljubljana, 16 November - The General Assembly's endorsement of a resolution calling for a global moratorium on the death penalty is an exceptional achievement for all countries promoting the gradual abolition of capital punishment and a major success for the EU and Slovenia, the Foreign Ministry said in a press release on Friday.
