Ljubljana, 16 November - Foreign Minister Dimitrij Rupel congratulated the new Polish Foreign Minister Radoslaw Sikorski on his appointment on Friday. Sikorski was appointed to the post as the new Polish government, headed by Prime Minister Donald Tusk, was sworn in today.
